How does the Event Wifi rental kits work?

Our Fusion-2 and Fusion-3 rental kits are built by WiFiT that combines diverse 5G and LTE-A/4G cellular networks from Verizon, T Mobile, and AT&T, all at the same time combining them into one solid WiFi connection. With our Bandwidth Bonding technology, you will have the speed of all the available carriers within a single WiFi connection along with extra reliability over different carriers in case hiccups on any cellular network.
WiFi networking equipment are notoriously expensive machines. Only a small number of business users have a need for these devices on a daily basis. Events tend to have WiFi internet needs for a short window of the year so it doesn’t make financial sense to own and have to maintain these devices from the IT perspective to be ready for the next event given the ongoing costs with sim cards, internet subscriptions, etc. These devices don’t come easy to set up for the average user either. We customize every event WiFi solution we offer to have our customers enjoy a REAL “plug and play” experience and not have to geek out trying to figure out unnecessary IT-related stuff when they have other more important business matters to focus on at their event.

Every device you rent comes with all relevant accessories. This includes power wires/adapters, protective cases etc. In addition, orders being shipped out include prepaid return labels and repackaging supplies.
All of our event WiFi rental solutions including Fusion 2, Fusion 3 and Starlink come with unlimited data across all three cellular carriers and satellite providers. No matter your location or usage patterns, you will be covered!
We can offer up to 10Gbps as a custom solution and up to 500Mbps downloads can be achieved via our Fusion rental kits. Achieved speeds are site-dependent and vary on numerous environmental factors like tower proximity and the location of installed equipment. We work with clients to optimize their service across all factors.
Yes! We exclusively work with FedEx for all of our deliveries. If you prefer a different shipping courier, please do let us know beforehand so we can make the necessary accommodations.
All of our orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA and it typically takes between 1-3 days for them to be delivered via FedEx after being picked up by the carrier. Most rental orders placed before 1 PM PST can be shipped the same day.
We ship our event WiFi internet solutions & Starlink units to anywhere in the United States. It can be shipped to your hotel, office, home or even you can pickup from the nearest FedEx Office. Please let us know your shipping preference while placing your order.
Yes! If you are not available for delivery, you can choose this option and pick up the unit from the nearest Fedex shop. Just add the delivery address you choose as the Fedex shop’s location and we will ship it there as per your choice.
Every rental comes with prepaid return shipping labels. If you lose your return labels, just contact us and we will be able to email you a new one.
Sure! With our worry-free pelican cases, your units are safe either as a check-in or as a carry-on item to board on the plane with you.
Fusion-2 with its pelican case weighs 11 lb, Fusion-3 with its pelican case weighs 22 lb and Starlink with its pelican case weighs 15 lb.

All of our rental units including Fusion-2, Fusion-3, and Starlink have the capability for us to be able to troubleshoot just about any issue remotely 24/7. For any large-scale/custom events, we do have a certified network technician team available to be able to do on-site support. Please contact us for custom needs at your event!
Yes. If you let us know in your order notes the custom network name and a password with minimum 8 characters, we will be more than happy to send your kit with pre-set network configuration with these details.
Yes. You can have up to 8 different networks setup to allow different user groups to login to different WiFi networks at your event.
It’s totally up to you. While we recommend a password to prevent unrelated people to connect to your network at the event, it is doable with an easy step which we can do for you remotely.
Yes. All of our models have LAN port for connecting via Cat cables if you prefer to connect with a cable for certain devices.
Yes! You are more than welcome to share the WiFi service with your partners or other companies at the event.
Yes – We can customize the speed and the data usage limits that you would like to limit the guest network users remotely. Just write a note on your order, give us a call or email us and we will be happy to do it for you!
About 90% of our customers do their events that already have existing providers at their venue, however, in-house venue WiFi often is spotty and most of the time painfully slow. Venue Internet also tends to be 3-5x more expensive than our solutions.
