What extras come with the rental?
Each rental includes a 100GB data plan. For most purposes, this plan should be enough. However, if you require more data, you may continue to use your 5G kit, but you will be charged an additional $5 per GB for usage above 100GB. Don’t worry, we will notify you when you are approaching the 100GB limit.
Each rental will arrive 2 business days before your rental start day. This way you will have at least 1 full day for testing. In case you want late delivery, please let us know.
Let us know once you arrive at the location where you’ll be using the 5G kit. Once the kit is powered on, we can connect through the cloud and optimize cellular networks based on signal quality to improve speed.
