Game day watch party for the Louisville-Kentucky game, private space on Fourth Street Live. Place was packed, cellular was choked, our DJ needed a clean uplink for the streaming feed and we needed reliable Square processing for the bar. One WiFiT unit, one tech, one perfect night.

Idea Festival breakouts at the Brown Hotel. The historic building has limited modern fiber and the house WiFi could not handle our breakout schedule. WiFiT walked the building twice, found the right closet to base out of, and ran our entire program off that closet. Storytellers, planners — same energy.

Private bourbon dinner for our top clients, technically across the Indiana line but driving distance from Louisville. The estate had no usable cell and no fiber. WiFiT delivered a satellite unit and an on-site tech who blended in like a banquet captain. The toasts streamed to our European partners in real time.

Hospitality tent in the Mansion area at Churchill Downs, Derby Day. 110,000 people on the grounds and our cellular was a memory. WiFiT pre-positioned a unit at our tent on Thursday and ran a private satellite link the entire weekend. The corporate guests we hosted thought it was magic.

Single-game suite activation at Kauffman Stadium. Booked it Wednesday, ran it Saturday, invoice matched the quote.
