Your Booth Deserves Its Own Connection
Convention center internet is priced for captive audiences. Exhibitors routinely pay $2,000 to $12,000 for slow, shared connections that degrade the moment the show floor fills up. You are competing for bandwidth with thousands of attendees, other exhibitors, and the venue’s own systems. When your product demo freezes or your POS terminal times out, the venue IT desk cannot help you. They are managing infrastructure designed for building operations, not your sales floor performance.
The good news: you do not have to use it. Under the FCC’s 2015 ruling, venues cannot legally block Wi-Fi devices from operating on licensed spectrum. That means you can bring your own dedicated internet to any trade show in the United States — and with WiFiT, you can have it delivered to your booth pre-configured and ready in under 2 minutes.
Your Own Private Booth Internet — Delivered
WiFiT exhibitor WiFi rental puts a dedicated, private internet connection exclusively in your booth. No sharing with the show floor. No venue congestion. No throttling. Our bonded 5G technology aggregates bandwidth across multiple cellular carriers simultaneously — so even in a crowded convention center where individual carrier signals are congested, your connection stays fast and stable.
Every kit ships pre-configured with your custom network name and password, arrives before the show at your hotel, booth, or advance warehouse, and is live the moment you plug it in. Setup takes under 2 minutes. When the show ends, drop it in the included FedEx return box and ship it back. That is the entire process.
What Exhibitors Use WiFiT For
Live Product Demos — Interactive displays, software demonstrations, connected devices, and app-based experiences all require reliable, fast internet. Demo failure on a crowded show floor is expensive. WiFiT eliminates the risk.
POS & Payment Processing — Credit card terminals, mobile payment apps, and order management systems need a stable connection. Connectivity drops mean failed transactions and lost sales. Your own dedicated network makes this non-negotiable.
Lead Capture & CRM — Badge scanners, lead retrieval apps, and real-time CRM integrations run continuously throughout the show day. A shared network under load will stall all of it. Your own bandwidth keeps the pipeline running.
Video Streaming & Digital Signage — Streaming product videos, running live feeds, or powering large-format digital displays requires consistent upload and download speed that shared venue WiFi cannot guarantee during peak hours.
Staff Devices — Laptops for presentations, tablets for order entry, smartphones for communications — every device on your team eats bandwidth. WiFiT handles up to 300 simultaneous connections depending on the unit, so the whole team stays connected.
How to Get WiFiT Exhibitor Internet
Order online or call us at (855) 304-0303. We ask for your event name, dates, booth size, and device count — and we will recommend the right kit. Your unit ships pre-configured with your chosen SSID and password, arrives directly to your hotel, booth, or the event’s advance warehouse before setup day. Plug it into a standard outlet, wait 60 seconds, and you are online. After the show, hand it to the on-site WiFiT technician or drop it in the included prepaid FedEx return box.
Nationwide Exhibitor WiFi Coverage
WiFiT ships exhibitor WiFi rental to every major convention center in the US. We have provided dedicated booth internet at the Las Vegas Convention Center, McCormick Place, Javits Center, Moscone Center, Orange County Convention Center, LA Convention Center, George R. Brown Convention Center, and dozens more. Our bonded 5G technology uses all major cellular carriers — so wherever you exhibit, you are covered by whichever carrier has the strongest signal in that building. We remotely optimize each unit’s carrier priority based on live signal conditions at your specific venue once you arrive on the floor.
WiFi For Your Booth
Whether you are running a 10×10 booth at a regional trade show or a 50×50 island exhibit at CES, WiFiT has a kit sized for your needs. The Fusion-2 handles up to 40 simultaneous devices in a 60-foot coverage area — the right fit for most standard booths. The Fusion-3 scales to 300 devices across a 100-foot footprint with triple-carrier bonding and optional battery backup, built for the largest exhibits at the highest-traffic shows. Both units are plug-and-play, both come with 24/7 remote support, and both include unlimited data. Tell us your show and booth size and we will handle everything else.

Exhibitor WiFi FAQ
Can I bring my own WiFi to a convention center?
Yes. Under the FCC’s 2015 ruling, venues cannot legally block Wi-Fi signals from operating on licensed spectrum. You have the right to use your own independent internet connection at any trade show or convention in the United States. WiFiT’s bonded 5G units operate on cellular networks entirely independent of the venue — no venue coordination or permission is required. You just need a standard power outlet.
Is it legal to use my own internet at a trade show?
Completely legal. The FCC ruled in 2015 that venues cannot intentionally block or interfere with personal Wi-Fi devices. Many exhibitors do not realize this and continue paying inflated venue rates unnecessarily. WiFiT’s cellular-based systems operate on licensed spectrum that venues have no authority to restrict.
How much does convention center internet cost compared to WiFiT?
Venue internet at major convention centers typically ranges from $2,000 to $12,000 for a standard exhibitor connection — often with bandwidth limits and no dedicated service. WiFiT exhibitor WiFi rental starts at $1,249 for a 4-day show with unlimited data, 24/7 support, and a pre-configured private network. The math is straightforward.
How fast will my WiFiT connection be at a trade show?
Performance ranges from 10–400 Mbps depending on venue cellular conditions. Because WiFiT bonds multiple carriers simultaneously, performance holds up even in congested convention centers where any single carrier would be overwhelmed. We also remotely optimize each unit’s carrier priority once you arrive on the floor to maximize your specific venue signal.
How many devices can connect to a WiFiT exhibitor kit?
The Fusion-2 supports up to 40 simultaneous devices across a 60-foot coverage area — sufficient for most standard booths. The Fusion-3 handles up to 300 simultaneous devices across a 100-foot footprint with triple-carrier bonding, designed for large exhibits and high-traffic shows. Both units also include Ethernet LAN ports for wired connections.
What if the venue tells me to turn off my WiFi?
Venues cannot legally require you to shut down a properly operating Wi-Fi device on licensed spectrum under FCC regulations. If venue staff raise a concern, you can reference the FCC’s 2015 enforcement advisory. WiFiT units also actively manage RF footprint — transmit power is adjusted to stay within your booth area — which minimizes any legitimate interference concerns venues might raise.
When does my kit ship and how does delivery work?
We ship your pre-configured kit via FedEx so it arrives at your hotel, booth, or the event advance warehouse before your setup day. At checkout you select your delivery address and we coordinate timing around your show schedule. A prepaid FedEx return label is included — just box it up after the show and drop it off within 24 hours of event close.
What happens if something goes wrong during the show?
WiFiT provides 24/7 phone and email support with a response target under 15 minutes. We have remote access to every unit and can diagnose and optimize in real time. For shows with 40 or more WiFiT units on the floor, we deploy a complimentary on-site engineer. We also ship spare units to major shows so hardware swaps are available if needed.
Can I hardwire devices in my booth?
Yes. The Fusion-2 includes 2 Ethernet LAN ports and the Fusion-3 includes 3 Ethernet LAN ports. POS terminals, demo workstations, AV equipment, and any other device needing a wired connection can plug directly into the unit alongside your wireless devices. If you need additional wired drops, we can include CAT6 cables and switches in your order.
Can WiFiT handle live streaming or video demos in my booth?
Yes. WiFiT units are well-suited for continuous video streaming, live product demo feeds, and video conferencing. For high-demand streaming setups, we recommend the Fusion-3 with its triple-carrier bonding and higher upload capacity. Let us know your streaming requirements when you order and we will configure the unit with the appropriate bandwidth allocation and QoS priority settings.
How do I return the kit after the show?
A prepaid FedEx return shipping label is included with every rental. Pack the unit in the original Pelican case, attach the return label, and drop it at any FedEx location within 24 hours of your event ending. If there is an on-site WiFiT technician at your show, you can hand the unit directly to them. Late return fees apply after 24 hours, so plan accordingly.
Happy Customers
“We run a high-volume sales booth at Comic-Con and every transaction matters. We tried venue WiFi our first year and had two POS outages during peak hours. Since switching to WiFiT the Fusion-2 has run our payment terminals without interruption across three consecutive shows. The support team monitors the connection remotely so we do not have to. For any exhibitor where a dropped connection means a lost sale, this is the only option worth considering.”
“We manage exhibits for multiple clients at the same show. This year we ordered six WiFiT units across six different booths at the LA Convention Center. Every unit arrived pre-configured, each with its own SSID and password. Deployment was faster than any year we used venue internet. WiFiT coordinated delivery timing with our advance warehouse and every kit was on-site before setup day. Managing multi-booth WiFi has never been this straightforward.”
“Anyone who has exhibited at the Javits Center knows the venue WiFi story. We stopped ordering it two shows ago. WiFiT has been our solution since. The Fusion-3 runs our entire island exhibit — demos, lead capture, POS, and staff devices — and it has never let us down. Remote support is real. We had a minor signal question mid-show and someone was on the phone within five minutes. These guys know what they are doing.”
